All paid plans (Professional at $299/month, Business Pro at $699/month) include a 15-day free trial. No charge until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial and you will not be billed.
If you convert to a paid subscription and are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 30 days of your first payment.
After 30 days, no refunds are available. The non-refundable portion covers AI processing and data provisioning costs incurred from the moment of activation.
Email hello@tenderstria.com with the subject line "Refund Request." Include your account email and a brief explanation. We will review within 2 to 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days.
Cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access until then. No cancellation fees.
We keep your data for 30 days after cancellation so you can reactivate or export. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted unless we are legally required to retain it.
